Breakthrough Relief for Treatment-Resistant Depression

Depression can be stubborn. Fortunately, when depression proves resistant to medications, Spravato is an option. Administered through a simple nasal spray, Spravato has a proven track record at treating depression when other medications have failed. Our experienced clinical staff will guide you through the treatment process, from initial consultation to your ongoing sessions, providing a calm, supportive environment that prioritizes your comfort and well-being.

Relief from depression is possible

Spravato®, also known as esketamine, is a fast-acting treatment that can help you feel better from depression, sometimes within just a few hours. It works by gently shifting brain chemistry to ease feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and the loss of interest in things you usually enjoy, helping you feel more like yourself again.

What to expect from Spravato treatment

Spravato® is administered in a certified treatment center, usually twice a week at the start of treatment, and patients are monitored for at least two hours after each session. It is used alongside an ongoing antidepressant and requires a thorough evaluation and safety screening before starting.

Please note that Spravato® is not given at home and is only available at certified treatment centers.

Relief from depression is possible

Many patients report improvements in mood and symptoms within hours or days after their initial Spravato® treatment. However, response times can vary, and it often takes multiple sessions before significant benefits are noticed. Your care team will monitor your progress closely and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

After receiving Spravato®, you’ll be observed in our clinic for at least two hours to monitor for any side effects or adverse reactions. During this time, you should not drive or operate heavy machinery. Our staff will ensure you feel stable and comfortable before you leave.
